½ lb. macaroni 4 tbsp butter 1 tbsp dry mustard 2 beaten eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. evaporated milk ½ c. onion 1 tbsp. oregano ½ tsp. tabsco ½ tsp. paprika Kosher salt to taste Freshly ground pepper to taste 12 oz. fresh, grated, sharp cheddar cheese Cook your macaroni and drain. Put back in pot, add butter and toss.In a separate pot whisk in everything else according to order, add to pasta, blend, then add cheese and blend over low heat until creamy.
